Reviewing My Past Orders
To review past orders simply log in and click the "Review My Order History" link on the My Account page. You can also reorder from past orders.
Change Account Settings
To make changes to the addresses and e-mails on your existing account, simply log in and click on the appropriate link on the My Account page. Please note that changes to your account information may take up to 8 weeks to effect your catalog mailing.
Forget Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, but would like to order on your existing account, simply click Login on the top navigation bar. On the Login page you may request to have your forgotten password emailed to you at your account billing email address.
Changing the Number of Catalogs You Receive
To change the number of catalog mailed to you annually from Idea Art, simply click Login on the top navigation bar and login. You may now enter the My Account section where you can change the catalog frequency. You may choose to reduce the number of catalogs mailed to you from our regular schedule to a quarterly mailing, 2 times a year, annually or no mailings.
Close My Account / Stop Receiving Catalogs
Closing your account will eliminate the option to place future orders on your account. If you wish to stop receiving catalogs, but would like to retain your account, simply change the number of catalogs you receive to "no catalog" under "Changing the Number of Catalogs You Receive" link.
Set Up A Billing Account
To open a billing account for your company, you must call in your first "billed" order. You will be asked to fax 1 bank and 3 trade references to our credit department at (719) 534-6251. If you are ordering for an educational institution or government agency, a purchase order may be required in lieu of references. Payment terms are net 30 days. Accounts 30 days and over are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage fee of 18%, to be applied to the unpaid balance.
Ordering On An Existing Open Billing Account
If you have ordered on an open billing account in the past, and have set-up an online account with a password, you will be given the billing option when asked for payment. If you would like to place an online order on an existing pre-approved billing account, but do not have an online account set-up yet, please call us directly to set-up a password for your account.
