When to Expect Your Order
Orders received by 4:00pm ET (3:00 pm ET online) Mon. — Fri. are shipped the same day, (except personalized items and manufacturer-shipped items which may require extra time), with no shipping on Sat., Sun. or major holidays. All orders are shipped FOB, Colorado Springs, CO.

We ship UPS Ground whenever possible, so please provide a street address. The UPS Ground Delivery Map shows the estimated number of business days for delivery. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery for packages shipped by USPS.

For shipping outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) please call 1-800-433-2278. APO and FPO orders will be shipped first-class priority mail.

Rush Orders
Express shipping services are available for orders received before 4:00pm ET Mon. — Fri and online 3:00 pm ET. Choose the desired express service and we'll bill you for the additional shipping charges.

Next Day - next business day by noon. In some remote areas, UPS cannot guarantee delivery until the end of the day.

2 Day - by the end of the second business day.
