Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to make a return, please complete and enclose the form on the back of the packing slip. If we shipped the wrong merchandise or defective products, please email or call us and we will arrange a prepaid return at our expense. For other returns, please ship the items to: Idea Art Returns, 1025 E. Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80920. 

Returns on products purchased over 30 days ago are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items, discounted orders over $1,000, or or personalized items except when due to our error.
