Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, business checks and money orders, but no COD's. Payment must be made in US$. We offer open billing on approved accounts. Orders requiring pre-payment will be held for up to 30 days.

Open Billing Accounts
For assistance with open billing accounts, call 800.433.2278. To change your "bill to" address, please send us signed authorization.

To request a new open billing account, download our Credit Application and fax your completed form to 800.435.2278. For assistance, please send us an email or call one of our friendly customer service representatives Monday through Friday 8:30am - 7:00pm ET.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax to Colorado and Virginia customers only, unless a tax exempt form is furnished.

International Orders
All orders must be paid in US$. Idea Art is not responsible for duty charges on any foreign orders. Please call for quotes on shipping charges.
